In order to provide the legislative development of the Constitution with the construction of proposed legislation, the Covenant of Unity in Bolivia take place on 29 and 30 March, the National Social Forum Law of Mother Earth in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

The National Forum to be held at the headquarters of the CIDOB, report on the implementation process of the Constitution and its implications for indigenous peoples and campesino, intercultural and Afro-Bolivian.
