The international coalition bombing on the eastern suburbs of Tripoli on Wednesday afternoon reached a "residential" and caused "a significant number of deaths among civilians," official Libyan news agency Jana.
"Bombings colonialist aggressor crossed over the region of Tripoli took Tajura targeted a residential area (...), causing a significant number of deaths among civilians, "said agency AFP quoted a military source.
The agency said a "third bombing" of the coalition targeting took rescuers were working to remove the dead and wounded after the first two bombings in a residential neighborhood in the region "Tajura.
On Wednesday night ambulance sirens could be heard from the center of Tripoli and in the neighborhood of Tajura, according to AFP journalists. According to the same
military source quoted by the agency Jana also were bombing military targets and civilians in the city of Jafra, 600 km south of Tripoli.
Later, the Libyan Deputy Foreign Kaaim Khaled, said at a news conference that the bombings were against "civilian and military sites" in Tripoli in Misrata (east of Tripoli), south of Benghazi and Jemil, small city 120 km southwest of the Libyan capital.

Libyan officials have taken on Wednesday night to several international press correspondents to a hospital in Tripoli to show the bodies of 18 people, including military and civilians who have died from Thursday's bombings on the capital.
